Layouts that have already been designed is great thing if you want to throw up a new layout at your site fast. Instead of waiting weeks you may only have to wait a few days (in most cases) You might be lucky, your celebrity may be here.
Once the layout has be brought, it cannot be reselled. You have two choices, 'ncode' = no coding; the layout will be sent to you in png form and you can code it yourself from there. Or 'coded', where obviously i would set up it up with a basic content template
